If you’re new, the best place to start is with a Naturopath Consultation (Extended).

This allows me to understand your health, lifestyle and any current concerns in detail so we can create a clear, personalised plan moving forward.

Consultations are available online worldwide or in person at Forster Yoga Studio.

If you are based locally in Forster and prefer hands-on support, Somatic Bodywork is also a great entry point and based on remedial massage techniques for stress, tension or nervous system regulation.

Each service supports a different layer of your health and wellbeing:

Naturopath Consultation focuses on identifying underlying imbalances and creating a structured plan using nutrition, herbal medicine and
lifestyle support.

Intuitive + Energy Healing supports emotional wellbeing, clarity and deeper alignment through somatic awareness and energy-based work.

Somatic Bodywork is a hands-on, massage-based treatment designed to release tension, improve circulation and support nervous system regulation.

There are three ways to work with me depending on your needs for both in-depth support and ongoing care:

Dispensary Naturopath Consultation - a short check-in required for safe herbal prescribing.

A Custom Tonic is a bespoke herbal formulation created specifically for you. Each blend is tailored following your consultation, taking into account your health goals, lifestyle and any current imbalances. No two formulas are the same.

A Dispensary Naturopath Consultation is required for first-time clients purchasing a Custom Tonic, or if it has been more than 12 months since your last consultation. This ensures all herbal medicine is
prescribed safely and appropriately.

TRIFECTA is a personalised daily system that combines naturopathic guidance, custom herbal medicine and targeted nutrition.

It includes a Dispensary Consultation, a bespoke Custom Tonic and two foundational blends designed for morning and evening support.

Rather than guessing what supplements to take, TRIFECTA gives you a clear, structured approach that supports energy, digestion, skin, hormones and overall wellbeing.

It’s designed to be simple, consistent and tailored to your body.

Aussie Body Diet is a practical, grounded approach to wellbeing based on simple nutrition, gentle detox practices and everyday lifestyle habits.

The Aussie Body Way is about abundance, not restriction. The
approach is derived from the concept of Nature’s Seven Doctors was first
attributed to Hippocrates, the father of medicine, and later refined and
popularised by health advocate H.E. Kirschner (1972).

The Aussie Body isn’t about perfection. It’s about vitality and a way of living that reflects the natural, grounded, relaxed, active, outdoor lifestyle Australians are known for.

I offer seasonal workshops and Full Moon gatherings focused on reset, nourishment and restoring balance in a practical and grounded way.

As a small-batch dispensary, orders are prepared with care and dispatched twice weekly.

Shipping is available within Australia, with delivery costs and options calculated at checkout.

Orders are prepared and dispatched twice weekly on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Standard delivery via Australia Post typically takes 3–4
business days, or 1–2 business days with Express Post.

For clients local to Forster and surrounding areas (postcode 2428), a hand delivery option is available on Wednesdays and Saturdays. This can be selected at checkout where applicable.

For those curious about my background:

Saimaa Miller is a naturopath with over 20 years of experience supporting people to improve their health, energy and overall wellbeing through a combination of natural medicine, lifestyle guidance and mind–body practices.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, she completed her honours degree in Literature and Sociology at Oxford Brookes University in England and modelled in Paris, before pursuing formal studies in naturopathy at Nature Care College in Sydney, where she received the Excellence in Nutrition Award in 2004.

Her work is grounded in both clinical training and extensive hands-on experience. In 2005, she founded one of Australia’s first organic health spas, The Last Resort in Bondi, working with a diverse client base ranging from high-performing individuals to those seeking support for chronic health concerns.

Since then, thousands of people have consulted Saimaa for naturopathic care and participated in her detox and nutrition programs. Her work has become known for its practical, results-driven approach, particularly in the areas of gut health, skin, energy and whole-body reset.

Over time, her practice has evolved to integrate naturopathy with somatic awareness and energy-based healing, recognising that true health involves an alignment of the physical body and the emotional and spiritual landscape.

In addition to her clinical work, Saimaa has hosted detox and transformative retreats in Pacific Palms since 2014 and is the author of Aussie Body Diet (Penguin, 2013), a reflection of her extensive clinical experience and philosophy around sustainable health.

Now based in Forster, New South Wales, she works with clients both locally and online, offering a grounded, integrative approach that helps people better understand their body and create meaningful change.
