Designed for individuals navigating significant health, lifestyle, emotional or personal transformation, this program combines coaching, accountability, naturopathic insight and practical behavioural strategies to help you move forward with greater clarity, structure and momentum.
Individual naturopathic consultations are valued at $180 per session. SHIFT Coaching Sessions are valued at $187.50 per session and include:
• Weekly 60-minute coaching session
• Weekly SMS support throughout the program
• Access to practitioner resources and educational material
• Structured accountability and facilitated homework
Accelerated options involving twice-weekly sessions over four weeks may also be available for those seeking more intensive support, subject to availability.
