My professional bio:

Saimaa Miller is a sought-after naturopath, nutritionist, herbalist, motivational coach and speaker.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, she completed her honours degree in Literature and Sociology at Oxford Brookes University, England.

Health issues steered Saimaa to all things holistic, where she realised her passion and skill. Her early training, following traditional natural medicine philosophy, was primarily through apprenticeships with masters in the field. She then went on to complete her naturopathic training at Nature Care College in Sydney, receiving the Excellence in Nutrition Award upon graduation. 

Saimaa founded the first organic health spa in Australia in 2005, long before the business of organics and cleansing became the delightful trend we see today. Her client base includes everyone from local and international celebrities and sportspeople to ordinary people seeking better health.

Over the past 20 years, thousands of people have consulted Saimaa for health advice and embarked on her nutritional and detox programs with life-changing results. 

Saimaa is an innovative leader in the health industry and her first book, Aussie Body Diet (Penguin 2013) is the result of extensive research and direct experience through treating everyone from children to the elderly.

Saimaa's passion is in helping people realise their true potential. Her knowledge, experience and results-driven approach set her apart from her peers, as well as her twenty-year long study, interest and dedicated research within the health and wellness industry.
